  2. This is supposed to be a self-help book; however, the format is mostly conversational between the patient and the author. I found this book to be trite and lacking in depth. The solutions to conditions such as anxiety and depression are oversimplified.

    I would definitely pass on purchasing this book.

    This book is more pseudo-psych than actual psych. It was okay. There were a few good tidbits, but I had to dig for them.
